Eastman Kodak 2238 at Iso 6

Shooting a roll of Eastman Kodak 2238 at Iso 6 just because it’s challenge. Kodak 2238 is what is called a Panchromatic Separation Film meaning it is sensitive across all the colour spectrums and was actually used to create archival film prints from colour prints. It’s another traditional art form that Im now trying to learn with my love for film photography. Patience and a steady hand and the final print looks lovely. Before Before After Finished The process didn’t take too long but you do have to have patience to achieve a perfect finish along with an extremely small brush, I

I eventually settled on our laurel hedge, there had been a rain shower not long before and I loved the water droplets still sitting on the leaves. I took several exposure readings to try highlight certain areas on the leaves and darken others. It’s a photograph obtained from pure boredom after several weeks in lockdown, something different
